Robert Y. Sauvageau, AIA founded Studio RYS in 1989 with a vision to create meaningful environments through thoughtful design and exceptional client service. Over a distinguished career spanning more than four decades, he helped shape the firm's reputation for architectural excellence across hospitality, commercial, and mixed-use projects.

As Founding Principal Emeritus, Bob remains an enduring part of Studio RYS's story and legacy. While retired from the day-to-day practice, his values, leadership philosophy, and commitment to design excellence continue to influence the firm's culture and future direction.
