Studio RYS was founded in 1989, born from Principal Robert Sauvageau’s vision to “do great work and have fun while doing it.” That spirit ignited a decades-long legacy of design excellence and paved the way for the firm's transformation—from a singular architectural vision to a comprehensive, full-service studio. Today, Studio RYS integrates architecture, interior architecture, and interior design with a collaborative, story-driven approach focused on creativity and purpose.

Studio RYS is a collective of passionate architects and designers who are inspired by the world around them, masterfully weaving together the company’s vision and creating extraordinary spaces grounded in the environments that surround them.

Our team is guided by the combined experience and design excellence of founder, Robert Sauvageau and fellow principals, Bhavini Hardev and Lisa Haude.
